The Latent Photos grid: photos grouped by day, newest at the bottom, a gold corner on each reviewed thumbnail.
A fast grid with nothing between you and your photos, newest at the bottom like Apple Photos. Videos and Live Photos play right in the viewer.
The View page's Review tab: order Newest, Oldest or Random, show Unreviewed, review size 100, and all-time review stats.
Review a pile at a timeRandom 100 brings back moments you'd forgotten

The Review tab deals a set of photos you haven't looked at yet, from 10 to 300, newest, oldest or random. Keep, tag or delete as you go. Your place is kept across relaunches, and your review marks follow you to your other devices.

The Review done card: 135 reviewed, 26 deleted, 12 tagged, 97 kept, 13% of the library done, and a Next 100 button.
Get your library organized, finallyWatching the pile shrink is satisfying, even addictive

Every review shows what you kept, tagged and deleted. An overwhelming library becomes a five-minutes-a-day habit.

Find similar shotsAcross your whole library, all at once

The Similar tab gathers near-duplicates from across your whole library: burst leftovers, retakes, almost-twins. Open any photo and its similar shots line up in the filmstrip.

Compare: one gold line dragged between two shots of the same scene, size and format under each.
Compare, then decideDrag the line between two shots

Drag one slider between two shots and keep the better one. You decide, not an algorithm. Deleted photos go to Apple's Recently Deleted, so nothing is lost by accident.

Tags that travelEvery tag becomes a real album in Apple Photos

Tag photos with a flick. The album syncs through iCloud, so your categories show up on all your devices and stay yours even without the app. Prefer tags that live only in the app? One switch.

The View page's filter: media, a period slider, and tags to include or exclude.
